Amazon FC freight is truckload or LTL delivered to an Amazon fulfillment center on a booked appointment, with pallets and labels that meet Amazon's receiving rules. A missed slot or a wrong label can mean a refusal.
Who books the delivery appointment?
We do, as your carrier, using your shipment ID and the pallet count.
What if the appointment is missed?
We rebook right away and tell you the new slot. Our job is to not miss it in the first place.
Do you check the labels?
We confirm with you that pallets are labeled and built to Amazon’s rules before pickup, so the load is not refused at the dock.
Can you deliver LTL to an FC?
Yes, with the appointment set by us and the carrier chosen for FC delivery.
Do you pick up from the port for FC delivery?
Yes. We dray containers from Oakland and deliver or transload them for the FC.
